Lisa started her singing career at the age of 10 in her native America, wearing red, white and blue polyester in a family singing group along with her brother and three sisters. Things could only look up from then on as she moved on to 70s rock bands, Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals and spandex-clad retro-rock bands.

After a career break for marriage and children, she has returned to music with the Talking Strawberries, where her soulful approach combines well with James’s bluesy baritone.
